"My previous agent worked with many insurance companies and told me I had the very best available for the price. I was told my home was very hard to insure because of my pool and especially the pool slide. I trusted that I had good insurance but always felt that I was overpaying. In comes my “good neighbor” Bryant knocking on my door. I thought “what does it hurt to get a quote?”… I was blown away! When I received my State Farm quote I was ANGRY! Angry that I hadn’t switched years ago and that the last group had lied to me. My car insurance was cut in HALF, my home insurance dropped HUNDREDS, this was far more than just a 15% change. What about the coverage you may ask? 10x better coverage (like for real)!!! In comparison, my previous coverage that I had assumed was “great” never would have been enough. I’m now insured for the future against everything. I’m so glad that I answered the door that day and took the time to meet with Bryant!"

Bryant loves to undercut your current insurance, get the policy in place and sit back and collect the commissions... when it comes to being an advocate for YOU, he is nowhere to be found. My home policy was just deemed non-renewable for simple hail damage and roof replacement. Bryant did nothing to advocate. We do not live in a flood plain, we do not live close to any fire prone areas, we live in a very very low risk area. All he could say is that State Farm is following the rules of the State of Utah... pure bullshit. Stay away from this agency unless you enjoy headaches, no assistance and getting screwed for doing nothing wrong."

"About 2 years ago, I switched my insurance (3 cars, Home Owners, Personal Property, and Umbrella) policies from USAA where I'd been for about 40 years to Bryant and State Farm. USAA had raised my premiums several times and become much less responsive and customer focused than it had been. Bryant's proposal for similar integrated insurance coverage saved me just over $2,000/year, which by itself was GREAT!!!! Over the past couple of years, I've reached out to him and his team several times. They have been pleasant, knowledgeable, and very capable in addressing all of my concerns and resolving any issues. Apparently the driver did not see my car beside him (in the driving lane), and he pulled into it when the light turned green in front of my car. Bryant and his team provided some valuable assistance in navigating this situation. I highly recommend Bryant to other customers with high expectations who are also concerned about costs."

"Revised July 2024: State Farm, overall, has been a great provider for our insurance policies since I started driving at age 16. The fact that it is owned by the policyholders instead of shareholders helps make it less expensive than it might otherwise be. In particular, our agent and the team at his office have been great at handling our questions, concerns, and adjustments to our policies to cover the higher replacement costs as well as the higher overall coverage we've needed as we have started and raised a family, and now as they are starting to move out on their own, to help them get their own coverage going forward. However, the rate increases on our auto policies (with no accidents, no young drivers, and much more) have been unjustifiable. We are paying twice what we paid just a few years ago. Inflation is one thing, but near 100% increase over 5-7 years doesn't make sense. This is the fault of State Farm, rather than our agent, though."
